Resume Building

Finding work is a challenge. It is stressful and nerve-racking by its very nature. Knowing this, GRACE tries to assist the refugee community in securing employment in a variety of ways. We’ve offered job training in the past, partnered with a staffing agency, and provided references for those that have volunteered or worked with us before. But as any job seeker knows, having a reputable resume is a must-have. Because what is considered industry standard varies from country to country, GRACE built a google sheet capable of generating an Ecuadorian formatted resume when filled in with data from an existing overview. GRACE strives to dismantle any barriers that stand in the way of integrating refugees into the societies that have received them.
